PLÉIADES REGIONAL SPACE

In the beautiful setting of the tourist resort of Les Pléiades, the municipalities of Blonay and St-Légier-La Chiésaz commissioned the architects Brönnimann & Gottreux Architectes SA to build an Espace Régional.

As project manager and construction director, I had the opportunity to implement the project in coordination with the contractors and to monitor the construction site.

The building has 3 levels: on the ground floor there is a restaurant with a panoramic terrace and an exceptional view of the Alps, a tourist information area and a conference room. On the 1st floor there is a flat for the caretaker, while in the basement there are changing rooms with showers and toilets, as well as dormitories..
