The studio is based in Sion, canton of Valais. We work primarily across Valais (Sion, Sierre, Crans-Montana, Martigny) and the canton of Vaud (Riviera, Chablais, Lavaux), with occasional projects in Fribourg and Geneva when the commission calls for it.
Our fees follow the Swiss SIA 102 norm — based on the project's complexity, construction cost and the scope of services requested. A detailed quote is issued after the first meeting, once the brief is clear.
For a private home, plan 12 to 24 months between the first meeting and key hand-over (feasibility, building permit, tenders, site). Institutional or heritage projects typically span 2 to 4 years.
Yes. We prepare the full dossier, handle dialogue with the municipal and cantonal authorities, and see the procedure through to permit — including any opposition and appeal proceedings.
New private residences and transformations, institutional buildings, heritage and deep renovations, extensions and roof-raises. We favour projects that engage their context rather than ignore it.
Yes — an interior fit-out, an energy refurbishment or a partial transformation are interventions we run regularly. Scale has no bearing on precision.
Always. Depending on the commission we coordinate civil engineers, MEP consultants, acousticians, landscape architects, building physicists and energy specialists. ArkiNeos remains the client's single point of contact.
Yes. Several of our projects concern objects registered in the Valais and Vaud architectural inventories. We liaise directly with the competent Monuments and Sites department when a property is protected.
Yes — appraisals, market analysis, constructive feasibility studies ahead of acquisition. These assignments are billed independently of any later architectural commission.
About one hour, no commitment, at our office or on site. We listen to your programme, constraints and budget. You leave with an honest read on feasibility and, if we continue, a written fee proposal within ten days.
